Microchip your Dog for $25 - 20th 21st November 2010
Microchip your Dog for $25
Saturday 20th November 2010, 10am - 4pm
Sunday 21sy November 2010, 10am - 4pm
Where: The Roundhouse, Forster Street, Inveresk
"Come along to the Launceston City Council's Microchipping Weekend and get your dog
microchipped at the discounted price of $25 (CASH ONLY), usually around $55!
The event will be held on Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 November 2010 at Roundhouse,
Forster Street, Inveresk.
The sessions will run from 10.00am to 4.00pm each day.
Launceston City Council's Environmental Services Team Leader, Garry Causon said
"From 1 July 2011, it is compulsory for any dog over the age of six months to be
microchipped.
The Microchipping Weekend will assist dog owners in complying with this
regulation early which will avoid a bottleneck closer to the deadline. Microchipping dogs
now also means immediate protection if they stray or become lost.
"Microchipping provides peace of mind for owners as microchipped animals can be
identified Australia wide and returned quickly and easily, even if their collar or Council ID
has come off."
No bookings are required. We do ask that all dogs are kept on a lead at the event. There
will also be a barbeque, mobile dog wash and other dog related stalls operating on both
days"

Thanks for sharing this information. I really like your way of expressing the opinions and sharing the information. It is good to move as chance bring new things in life, paves the way for advancement, etc. But it is well known to everyone that moving to new location with bulk of goods is not an easy task to move or shift from one place to other place because I have experienced about that and I face the problem like that. There I go to village near to my city faced that problem there.
