What a fantastic weekend for Denver - Hubertus Heaven Sent
Denver was just in the right frame of mind, and he was ready to track right from the start. He was in a well grassed paddock and he just tracked like a dream. It was a pleasure to be behind him, although I nearly lost my footing on several occasions going down hill.
It was such a buzz, and was extremely excited to see the tracklayers beanie poking above the grass when we were about 30 metres from the finish. Thanks to Andrew Everett for the fantastic track that he laid (much appreciated).
Denver received an Excellent as his grading after zooming his way around and indicating all 3 articles out on the track.
Denver was also awarded the "Track of the Day" which was all icing on what was a great achievement for Denver.
Denver had only just turned 3 years of age, and given there are only 4 trials in the state each year he has done well (but I am biased lol). Of course being a Vizsla to be settled enough to focus out tracking is just amazing.
