Agility Workshops with Murray Tyler 18/7/2009

TDTC MEMBERS

If you are registered to attend the Agility Workshop being conducted by the Tasmanian Dog Training Club with Murray Tyler please note the following information. If you are unable to attend can you please advise by email as soon as possible and we will try to find a replacement.

 

Timing

Start Time Workshop 1:        9.30 am    For those already trialling

Start Time Workshop 2:        1.00 pm    For those New to Agility

          (please arrive earlier to find parking & to fix up payment)

Duration:           2 ½ Hours         (approx for each workshop)

Cost:                $15                   (to be paid on the day)

 

If possible you should bring a crate to give you some time without your dog if needed during the workshop.  The club will try to put up a few posts, but your dog may be able to rest easier if you have a crate.

 

Arrive with plenty of time as there is a conformation show on

There will be a lot of cars in the car park as there are around 460 dogs entered at a conformation show being held at Churchill Park.  Arrive early as you may have to park a distance away.  If you have a bit of gear you would like to bring in with you will be allowed to drive your car in to drop gear off, but you will need to take your car back out as soon as possible (5 minutes inside the ground at the most to keep cars moving).  The drop off zone will be roped off.

 

Canteen in operation at the Show

A canteen will be operating at the show if you wanted any food, but coffee and other drinks will be available as usual from inside the TDTC Clubhouse.

 

Anyway, I hope everyone enjoys the workshop, and this will be followed up with another workshop when Murray comes down for the 9/8/2009 AM/PM Agility Trial (Schedule)
